I did not know how Cuomo and DeBlasio could f0ck up NYC any worse, but taking a billion dollars from the police budget sure will do it... mayhem, chaos will ensue at massive levels.
This so called police defunding (here and Minneapolis and everywhere) probably will just be loudly promoted to rile up the usual low information voters but will not be implemented after the election is done and the Dems do not need the African vote for awhile.
